shopify連携アプリプライバシーポリシー
株式会社MCT COMPANY（以下「当社」といいます）は、当社が提供するShopify連携アプリ「神戸バンブー代行連携」（以下「本アプリ」といいます）において取り扱う個人情報の保護について、以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下「本ポリシー」といいます）を定めます。

本アプリは、本アプリをインストールしたShopifyストア（以下「マーチャント」といいます）の連携を通じて、以下の情報を取得します。
・注文情報（注文番号、注文日、注文商品、数量、金額等）
・配送先情報（氏名、住所、郵便番号、電話番号）
・ストア情報（ショップドメイン、ストア識別子）
・商品情報（商品名、バリエーション、商品識別子）
本アプリは、購入者のクレジットカード情報・決済情報を取得しません。 - 利用目的
当社は、取得した情報を以下の目的で利用します。
・マーチャントに代わって、注文商品を中国の供給元から仕入れること
・仕入れた商品を購入者へ発送するための手配を行うこと
・注文・発送状況の管理および表示
・本サービスの提供、維持、改善および問い合わせ対応 - 第三者への提供
当社は、商品の発送を行うため、配送先情報（氏名、住所、郵便番号、電話番号）を中国の国際物流業者に提供します。これは、購入者へ商品を届けるという利用目的の達成に必要な範囲に限られます。
上記を除き、当社は、法令に基づく場合を除き、本人の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供しません。当社は、取得した情報を販売しません。 - 保管期間
当社は、取得した情報を、本サービスの提供に必要な期間、および適用される法令により保管が義務付けられる期間にわたり保管します。当該期間の経過後、当社は情報を削除または匿名化します。 - データに関する権利（アクセス・削除）
当社は、Shopifyが定める標準的なデータ保護の仕組みに対応しています。購入者は、データの開示または削除を、注文を行ったストア（マーチャント）を通じて請求できます。当社は、Shopifyを通じて受領したデータ開示・削除の請求に対し、所定の期間内に対応します。

当社は、取得した情報への不正アクセス、漏えい、改ざんを防止するため、アクセストークンの暗号化をはじめとする業界標準の安全管理措置を講じます。 - 本ポリシーの変更

MCT COMPANY, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the Shopify-integrated application “Kobe Bamboo Daiko” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information processed through the App.

Through the integration with a Shopify store that has installed the App (the “Merchant”), we collect the following information:
- Order information (order number, order date, ordered products, quantity, amount, etc.)
- Shipping information (name, address, postal code, phone number)
- Store information (shop domain, store identifier)
- Product information (product name, variant, product identifier)
The App does not collect buyers’ credit card or payment information.
- Purpose of Use
We use the collected information for the following purposes:
- To procure ordered products from suppliers in China on behalf of the Merchant
- To arrange shipment of the procured products to buyers
- To manage and display order and shipment status
- To provide, maintain, and improve the service, and to respond to inquiries
- Disclosure to Third Parties
In order to ship products, we disclose shipping information (name, address, postal code, phone number) to international logistics providers in China. This disclosure is limited to what is necessary to achieve the purpose of delivering products to buyers.
Except as described above, we do not provide personal information to third parties without the individual’s consent, except as required by law. We do not sell the information we collect. - Retention Period
We retain the collected information for the period necessary to provide the service and for any period required by applicable laws and regulations. After such period, we delete or anonymize the information. - Data Rights (Access and Deletion)
We support the standard data protection mechanisms required by Shopify. Buyers may request access to or deletion of their data through the store (Merchant) where they placed their order. We respond to data access and deletion requests received through Shopify within the prescribed period.
